Dr. Albert Amankwaa, has a wide range of experiences from both academia and industry across continents. Albert has facilitated Management and HRM modules in reputable universities in Australia, including The University of Western Australia, Curtin University and Edith Cowan University, with 90% overall learner satisfaction. He has also facilitated modules in Presbyterian University College, Ghana, and College of Distance Education, University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

With his ability to adapt to differing and challenging work environments, Albert has the capacity to translate research and theory into corporate practice. He previously worked for Zoe Lexfields, a Corporate Law firm in Ghana, where he offered coaching services to a team of Corporate lawyers undertaking legal compliance and due diligence.

Dr Farveh Farivar

Research Manager

Dr Farveh Farivar is a Senior Advisor and Senior Lecturer in management and employment. She draws on a strategic, analytical and operational mindset to develop fit-for-purpose, high-value solutions for clients. She has extensive experience working across tertiary education systems and with public and private organisations to improve outcomes for learners and other stakeholders. She is a member of the Board of Directors at Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management and the Country Representative for Australia at European Academy of Management. Farveh is a strong communicator, stakeholder manager and facilitator with 11 years of experience investigating the complexity of organisational systems and human behaviours at work, focused on improving talent management, performance management, organisational culture, and team building systems.

She has managed and delivered medium and large-sized projects from winning and inception to the final report and dissemination. Her work relies on her expertise in using contemporary and emerging research methods and analytical processes such as fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA), machine learning algorisms (i.e., topic modelling, sentiment analysis, etc.), and structural equation modelling.
